Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers is a foundation based on the entitlement of single service members to surface issues and recommend policy changes that will enhance the overall quality of life, to participate in recreation and leisure activities of their choice, and to contribute to and participate in their local communities. This program provides an opportunity to assist in the development of single soldiers and leaders.
