The Lemon Lot is for Active Duty Military, Members of the Reserves and
National Guard, Retired Military, Government Employees and Contractor
Employees to sell any authorized/recreational equipment in a displayed
lot. This includes;

Automobiles
-
Vans
-
Trucks
-
Motorcycles
-
Boats on Trailers
-
Trailers
-
ATVs
-
Snow Machines
-
Motor Homes and camping trailers
Requirements:
All authorized vehicles/recreational equipment must be in operational
condition and in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Proper
identification, current insurance when applicable, satisfactory proof of
ownership including full name, valid home and work phone is required.
The Lemon Lot is located on 1st street, next to the
Recreational Vehicle (RV)
Storage Lot, North of building #514
All eligible personnel desiring to sell their property must complete an
application that the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) office in
building #655.
Vehicles/Recreational equipment placed in the lot must be clean and
operable. The space occupied needs to be kept neat and clean.
The Lemon Lot is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. The spaces will be
assigned on a 30 day basis and sellers will have the option to extend
upon contacting MWR two days prior to expiration of the 30 day period.
If the space assignment is not renewed, the seller must remove the item
by the morning following the expiration date or risk being towed away at
the owner’s expense. Contact the MWR office as soon as your
vehicle/recreational equipment is sold.
Use of the Lemon Lot is free of charge (at this time). Owners must
understand they are placing their property in the Lemon Lot at their own
risk.
