Men’s and Women’s Locker rooms with sauna & steam rooms. Lockers available for daily use only. Our full sized gymnasium is equipped and ready for basketball, volleyball, badminton, indoor soccer and combative sports including punching bags and mats.

Equipment:
cardio room with treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and elliptical machines. Also available a fully equipped Nautilus room, standing tanning bed, a plate loaded weight room, climbing wall, and racquetball court.

Outside the Fitness Center:
1 softball field and 1 little league field with dugouts and en-closed team benches during summer months. A lighted outdoor ice rink is available dur-ing winter months.

Sports Gear:
racquetball racquets, protective eye gear, and racquetballs, bas-ketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, boxing gloves, weight belts, rock wall climbing gear, baseballs, bats, baseball gloves and tanning goggles.

25 meter pool with 6 lanes and a low diving board. Depths range 3ft to 12ft. Towels, pool toys, flippers, life jackets, pull buoys, and kick boards available.
